Please Read The Following Before Booking

FIRST TIME CLIENTS

  • First-time clients MUST BOOK AND COMPLETE a virtual consultation before booking any service. NO EXCEPTIONS.
     

  • Booking a coloring service, including the Perfect Platinum Pixie, without first completing your consultation will result in a cancellation of the appointment. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
     

  • You are REQUIRED also to book one of the precision cutting services or add one to your service. 

    • Shampoo and styling services will only be done on clients with an existing hair by Uno Precision Cut.​

    • Services WILL NOT be performed without a precision cut, and you will be charged on your appointment day to receive that service. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

RESCEDULING

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule.

If you need to be scheduled within less than 24 hours, you will need to rebook your service, and your deposit will be forfeited. 

CANCELLATIONS

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.

​

Due to time constraints, if you are late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. 

GUESTS

Space is reserved for clients only. Please do not invite extra guests for your visit.

They will be asked to leave. 

DEPOSITS

All services require a 50% deposit without booking.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

SAFETY

If you think you may be ill or are sniffling, coughing, or sneezing, please stay home.

We will work with you to reschedule your service. 

​

Clients may be required to wear an N95 face mask while in the salon. 

SALON ETTIQUETTE

  • Cell Phone Usage

    • Please refrain from holding conversations or listening to music/audio on your phone while using your speaker phone. We ask that you use your headphones/AirPods OR step outside of the salon to complete your conversation. ​

  • Phone Chargers​

    • We don't have community chargers, but we do have electrical outlets. Please bring your own charger. ​

  • Shampoo Bowl Etiquette​

    • Please remove earrings, jewelry, AirPods or other accessories before being shampooed.​

  • Food and Drink​

    • ​While food and drinks are allowed in Salon Karma, please do NOT place your items on the furniture.

  • Appointment Time ​

    • Please arrive in the parking lot 10-15 minutes before your appointment time. ​

    • Arriving late to your appointment can result in your appointment being rescheduled. As a reminder, deposits are non-refundable. 

SCHEDULING

  • This schedule is only available in 1-month increments and is posted on the 15th of every month (e.g. October's schedule will be available on September 15th.)

    • If the date isn't showing, it is no longer available. ​

  • The service that you booked is a service that you will be provided. Do not book a shampoo/style when you really need a chemical service. You will only receive the service booked. ​

  • At this time, we do not have a waiting list.
